Both books are available and orders are fulfilled within 8-10 days of receipt of order.

If you have any questions, live outside the continental United States or have an interest in ordering a larger quantity of books, please contact us.

Each book is $21.95 plus 8.25% sales tax if Texas resident.

Shipping in the continental United States is $4.25 per book up to two books. $2.50 for each book after that.
